The Supreme Court has nullified the nomination of the All Progressives Congress governorship candidate in Taraba State, Emmanuel Bwacha.
Delivering judgment on Wednesday, the five-man panel led by Kudirat Kekere-Ekun upheld the Federal Court ruling, which found that the APC failed to produce a valid governorship in the state, Cable reported.
