The naira on Monday appreciated against the dollar at the Investors and Exporters window, trading at N445.38.
The figure represents an appreciation of 0.07 percent compared to the N445.67 the dollar exchanged at the close of business on Friday.
The indicative open rate closed at N444.08 on Monday.
The exchange rate of N447 to the dollar was the highest rate recorded in intraday trade before settling at N445.38.
The naira traded at a price of $440 in Monday’s trade.
A total of $83.57 million was traded during the official Investor and Exporter window on Monday.
