The Federal Government has appointed Mrs. Christy Uba as the Inspector General of the National Youth Service Corps.
His appointment was made by President Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) after the sacking of Brigadier General MK Fadah.
According to a statement signed by the Director of Press and Public Relations, Eddy Megwa, on Tuesday, the NYSC said Uba took over the leadership of the body, being the most senior director of the scheme.
“Ms. Uba will serve as a supervisor until the president appoints a substantive CEO,” the statement added.
