American actress and former Empire star Bryshere Gray has been re-arrested for violating her probation after pleading guilty to aggravated assault last year.

According to TMZ, Gray pleaded guilty in 2021 to aggravated assault after a standoff with a SWAT team at his home the previous year and as part of his plea deal, he was sentenced to 10 days in the Gray County Jail and placed on three years of probation.

While on probation, Arizona police were called last week by a woman who said Gray was a threat to her safety.

Andrea said that she and Gray were seeing each other but “his behavior was escalating and he was concerned for his safety.’

Police added that Gray had several run-ins with law enforcement, including a domestic disturbance call last month, and allegedly failed to report those incidents to his probation officer.

As a result, the judge signed the warrant and arrested him for violating his probation.

According to reports, he is still behind bars.
