Reality TV star Tolani Baj has hit back at those who are opposed to her new career as a disc jockey.
Baj announced on his birthday that DJ Cuppy and Ms. That he joined the DSF group as a disc jockey.
“Surprise, surprise! It’s my birthday and (I) am excited to finally share with you guys that I’m now a DJ and more. Everyone thanks God for another year,” he shared via his Instagram page in October.
While his announcement was met with mixed reactions, one comment that stood out was from disc jockey DJ Barbie, who seemed to overshadow the former Big Brother Naija housemate in his new career.
“Dick and Harry want to DJ too,” Barbie wrote on her Instagram stories the day after Baj’s announcement.
Again, the Devil in Agabda actor has confirmed his intention to continue in his new profession as a DJ, despite being disheartened by critics’ remarks.
“If you think your negative comments are going to discourage my budding DJ career, you’re wrong,” she tweeted on Tuesday.
“It’s also disgusting when I read nasty comments from grown men and women who should be ashamed of themselves. Do you surf hard-working public figures online when you don’t have food on the table? the fools
“If you don’t have anything nice to say to someone, learn to shut your dirty mouth. Avoid projecting your misery onto others,” he added.
