Many artists around the world find it difficult to stay in school or return to classes, especially after achieving success and/or prominence in the entertainment industry.

However, for budding DJ, Olawale Adebanjo, aka DJ Cruz, it’s the opposite.

in an interview Saturday Beats, stated that he returned to school to better equip himself. He said: “Due to financial constraints, I couldn’t go to university after finishing secondary school, so I resorted to training from home and getting the basics while putting everything into my deejaying career.

“However, since I have been able to establish my career, I am working hard to get my degree. Education is important to me, and it has always been my dream to get a degree.’

The disc jockey also stated that as he is learning, he is also working on a series of mixes. He said, “I’m working on new mixes, and I’m also collaborating with some artists. I’ll be releasing new singles and hopefully an Extended Play album by the first quarter of 2023.”
