Popular American actor Jamie Foxx has broken his silence several weeks after being hospitalized due to a medical emergency.
The actor shared a message through his Instagram page on Wednesday, thanking fans and well-wishers for their support.
In the post, Foxx wrote: “Appreciate all the love. Feeling blessed.”
The actor also took on his stories with media personality, Nick Cannon, who will replace Beat Shazam on the show.
Foxx has also executive produced the game show since its inception in 2017.
Although the cause of Foxx’s health problems has not been made public, his daughter, Corinne Foxx, confirmed his condition on April 12 and asked for privacy.
“Fortunately, due to quick action and a lot of attention, he is already on the road to recovery. We know how much he is loved and appreciate your prayers. The family requests privacy during this time,” the statement said.
Before his medical emergency, Foxx was filming a Netflix action comedy called “Back in Action” in Atlanta alongside Cameron Diaz.
