BPSR in partnership with an Inter-Ministerial Task Force whose members are drawn from key government agencies Galaxy Backbone, Federal Ministry of Justice, Internet Registry Association of Nigeria and the National Information Technology Development Agency revealed the results of an exercise. critically analyzed the websites of MDAs in Nigeria.
Our correspondent, the spokesperson of the ICPC, Mrs. Azuka Ogugua, stated that a panel of judges composed of government agencies, Civil Society Organizations, professional organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations and multinational information technology companies, among others, evaluated the 14 websites. Criteria with Key Performance Indicators, domain chain, look and feel, content, relevance to MDA mandate/governance policy and structure.

The Scorecard ranking report charges MDAs to ensure that their websites provide safe and secure services, effectively communicate government policies, provide unrestricted access to public information, improve efficiency and fulfill their functions as government service delivery bodies.
