“Ndigbo has responded to Simon Ekpa’s plea that he must return $1 million to the ineligible presidential candidate who is running. He must quickly return whatever he collected (his emoluments) to destroy Peter Obi’s support base for his outdated mantra ‘No election in Biafra Land’ through, and cancel the plan to declare a four-day sit-in at home, from February 22 to 26, 2023, with the intention of suspending the 2023 presidential election in the South East.
“Ndigbo will resist all attempts by Simon Ekpa to alienate voters from the South-East and South-South through the four-day sit-in.
