Renowned Nigerian producer and record label boss Collins Ajereh, Don Jazzy, has made his acting debut in Nollywood in a movie titled ‘The Kujus Again’.
The highly anticipated film distributed by Filmone hits theaters in Nigeria on Friday.
Playing the character, Don, the extraordinary producer/artist seamlessly transitions from acting in comedy skits to the big screen. The makers say Don Jazzy brings fresh charm and a new twist to the beloved family drama. The multi-talented actor gave fans more reasons to want the sequel.
Speaking about what to expect, producer Winifred Okpapi said: “Firstly, it was a natural decision for us to return for a sequel to Introducing The Kujus following the fan’s desire. Powered by Don Jazzy’s debut in a Nollywood movie, ‘The Kujus Again’ is creating excitement among moviegoers and will dominate the box office when it opens.
As part of the excitement surrounding the movie, a select few fans got to watch the movie with its star-studded celebrity cast this weekend in Lagos at an exclusive event organized by TMPL Motion Pictures.
This is again set to bring back the gripping intrigue and drama that kept fans glued to the edge of their seats. The production outfit, a subsidiary of The Temple Company, made its mark at the box office with ‘Introducing The Kujus’ and ‘My Village People’ co-produced with actor Bovi Ugbomah.

In addition to dominating the box office, the presentation of The Kujus won critical acclaim and shone brightly among the best films of 2022 in the latest edition of the African Magic Viewers’ Choice (AMVCA).
It earned four award nominations, including a double for Best Drama Actress for Femi Jacobs and Timini Egbuson, and one for Best Art Director and Best Writer. His interesting story was named the best, he won the Best Writer award. `
Directed by award-winning filmmaker Biodun Stephen and co-produced by Bisola Aiyeola, the film reaffirms the family bond.
The siblings will be conflicted, never agree and almost hate each other, but when necessary they will do anything for each other, no matter the cost.
ITK stars who reconnect in the new sequel are Bisola Aiyeola, Femi Jacobs, Bimbo Ademoye, MC Lively, Kunle Remi, Timini Egbuson, Mimi Onalaja, Chris Iheuwa and Ronke Odusanya.
